Frequently asked questions
Quick answers. Cannot find yours? Ask us.
Is Ok E-visa a government website?
No. We are a private assistance service and are not affiliated with any government. You can always apply directly on the official government portal.
How is the price calculated?
You see your exact total at the last step of the application, after you choose a processing speed. It is one all-in price per traveller that covers our service fee, review, submission and support. If the government charges its own fee for the document, we tell you the exact amount before you pay. Each service page shows the official portal and how its own fee works.
How long does an application take?
It depends on the destination and product. The expected processing time is shown on each service.
What details do I need to apply?
You fill one guided form: your name as on your passport, nationality, contact details, passport number and dates, basic personal and trip details, and a passport photo page and portrait photo if the service needs them. You can also send documents on WhatsApp.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. The government decides every application. We check your details for common mistakes before we submit, which helps avoid delays caused by errors.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD), the same way many international visa services price. The exact total, including your chosen processing speed, is shown before you pay.
How do I pay?
Fill in the application form and you go straight to a secure payment page (UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets). We start work as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Does my nationality qualify?
Eligibility and fees can differ by nationality. We confirm eligibility for your nationality before processing. A few products, such as the US ESTA or UK ETA, are not available to Indian passport holders and are marked on the site.
Can I apply directly on the official website instead?
Yes. Official portals are open to everyone. Our fee is for reviewing your details, submitting the application and keeping you updated.
How can I check the status of my request?
Use the Track order page with your reference number and the email or phone you used. You will also get updates by email and WhatsApp.
What is the difference between an e-visa, an ETA and an arrival card?
An e-visa is a visa you apply for online. An ETA is an electronic travel authorisation for travellers who do not need a full visa. An arrival card or declaration is a form many countries want completed before you land, even if you are visa-exempt.
Can I apply for my family or group?
Yes, but each traveller needs their own application, including children. Send a separate request for every traveller, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help.
What if my application is refused?
Decisions are made by the authority. If a request is refused, tell us and we will explain the options. Refund rules are on our Refund policy page.
