Before you pay

Filling in the form costs nothing. You only pay on the payment page after the form. If you close the page without paying, nothing is charged.

After you pay, before we submit

If we have not yet submitted your application, contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss a refund of the amount that has not been used.

After we submit

Once an application has been submitted to the authority, our review and submission work has been done. Government fees, where charged, are usually not refundable by the authority, including when an application is refused. Refunds of our service fee after submission are decided case by case.

If we make a mistake

If an error on our side causes a refusal or a delay, we will correct it at no extra charge or refund our service fee.
