What we collect

When you send a request we collect your name, nationality, email, phone / WhatsApp number, passport number, travel date and any note you add. If you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone number and message. Our server also records your IP address to prevent abuse.

If you choose “Save and continue later” on the application form, we store the answers you entered (not your uploaded files) together with your email address for 14 days, so you can finish on any device. We delete a saved application when you submit it or when the 14 days end.

How we use it

We use your details to review and submit your application, contact you about it, and let you track your order. We may also use them to answer your questions and to keep records of the service we provided.

Who sees it

Your details are shared with the official government portal as needed to submit your application. They are visible to our team through a password-protected admin area. We do not sell your personal data.

Security

Access to our admin area is password-protected, and our forms are protected against automated misuse. No system is completely secure, so please share only the details we ask for.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details by writing to sazasofficial@gmail.com. We may need to keep some records where required by law.
