Who we are

Ok E-visa is a private assistance service that helps travellers prepare and submit e-visa and arrival card applications. We are not a government website and are not affiliated with any government or immigration authority.

What we do

We review the details you give us, submit your application on your behalf and keep you updated. You can always apply directly on the official government portal at no service charge.

Fees

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). Your exact total is shown at the last step of the application, after you choose a processing speed. It is an all-in price per traveller that covers review, submission, tracking and support. If the relevant authority charges its own fee for the document, we tell you the exact amount before you pay. You pay online on the payment page after the application form. See also our Refund policy.

No guarantee of approval

Decisions on e-visas and arrival cards are made by the relevant government. We cannot guarantee approval or processing times, which can change without notice.

Your details

You must give accurate information exactly as it appears on your passport. We are not responsible for delays or refusals caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible. Whether the official fee can be refunded depends on the authority. Any refund of our service fee will be discussed with you before you pay.
